Olivia Neville

Olivia is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA. Olivia holds a Masters degree in Psychology (Professional). 

Olivia has worked with vulnerable young children, children, adolescents and their families who have experienced various traumatic events including child abuse and neglect, Family and Domestic Violence, various attachment disruptions as well as those who have been impacted by traumatic bereavement.

Olivia is also passionate about helping new parents and provides treatment for those who have experienced birth trauma/perinatal-related trauma.

Olivia understands the importance of working with the client’s systems, including families and schools, particularly when working with children.

She has experience working with children and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds. Olivia is aware that you are the expert on you, and works with you to uphold cultural considerations as core to the therapeutic process.

Olivia draws on various modalities including EMDR, Trauma-Focussed CBT, Mentalisation-Based Therapy, DBT among others and is available to see children, adolescents and adults under a Mental Health Care Plan.

Please note, Olivia does not prepare assessments or reports for use in family court.

Olivia consults Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and is currently only accepting referrals for children / adolescents.
